Customer Service Agent

In this role, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Friendly, effective and professional communication is needed while remaining calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Will have to be committed to listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions in a conversational manner.
The ideal candidate will not only have a positive, can-do attitude, but the following skills also:
- Basic office administration

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Attention to detail and excellent Data Entry Skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must have great time management skills
- Call Center Experience preferred
- Spanish Bilingual is a plus
