With four waste disposal locations, we are leaders in construction and demolition debris recycling. This is an on-site position located in Sarasota, FL.

Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers at a Southwest Facility
- Calculate payments, check loads, and ensure safety by enforcing rules and regulations
- Primarily sedentary work with some standing/walking; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
Qualifications:
- Ability to use scale and point of sale software
- Document weights, apply rates, collect fees, and issue receipts
- Ensure compliance with landfill regulations
- Maintain good housekeeping of the scale house
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational abilities and time management
- Initiative, logic, and basic judgment
- Professional customer service skills
- Willingness to work overtime, shifts, weekends, and holidays
